The principle aim of the Reiki Level One Course is to attune you to Reiki, which will empower you to use it for both self-healing and for working with friends and family. You will learn the relevant hand positions, have time to practice Reiki on others, learn practical exercises to take away with you, as well as receive a working understanding of the chakras, the human energy field, and find out about the history of the Usui Method of Reiki.

Our Reiki One course includes a comprehensive Reiki manual, your Reiki One Certificate and free post-course support by telephone and/or email.
